Today I received the wonderful news that I am now able to move into a private ward on the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) where I will start preparing to feed Nicholas on demand and hopefully see the removal of his nasogastric tube before long. Mom and Si came in to help me move and then Phillip and I spent a little bit of alone one on one time as he is battling a bit with me being away for so long and is a bit tearful at home. It was also the first time that the bigger children were able to actually able to hold their little brother and they were so tender it was just the sweetest thing to observe.
