Tomorrow evening we fly to South Africa to visit family and friends and most importantly to introduce Nicholas to all the people who love him but have never held his precious hand.
The whole family is beyond excited and I simply can't believe that this time tomorrow we will be almost at the airport and by the same time on Friday we will be sitting amidst the entire Robertson Family, no doubt laughing and having a HUGE catch up session - the noise levels are going to be deafening.
Saturday we will drive from JHB to Durban to spend two glorious weeks with my wonderful parents before making the return trip to JHB to say goodbye to family there before we head home.
About to start packing....I can't BELIEVE this is happening....am so excited!!!!!

Another very proud mommy moment today, in fact a day literally rammed packed with proud mommy moments.
Phil and I left early this morning to make the 1 hour drive to Hastings where he was part of the Haywards Heath Rugby Football Club team taking part in a Rugby festival there. My boy played his heart out and I found myself standing on the edge of the field yelling and screaming in support.

As the Tighthead Prop, my boy was integrally involved in the scrum and lineouts and the team never lost a single one, even in the matches which they ultimately lost......I am not sure that Rugby will necessarily become a great love of Phillip's but he certainly had an absolute ball today and came off the field grinning like a Cheshire cat at the end of his four matches.

On Sunday I found out that I am finally pregnant with our much longed for baby number 4. It has taken time for me to decide whether or not to blog the news until I have had my 12 week scan but at the end of the day, this is my journal, the story of our lives and if the worst should happen and this pregnancy comes away then I am probably going to want to journal that as well.
By my calculations I am about 4 weeks along so still very very early days, but as I have had three successful pregnancies in the past I am feeling very positive about this one. As yet I have had no morning sickness and apart from some flu last week have been feeling very well. Seeing the doctor at 9am of Friday to get my referral to the Maternity services and start discussing my elective caesar.
Si and the big children are delighted with the news and names are already being discussed and decided on. Another BIG step forward in our lives.....2010 has certainly been a stellar year for the Robertson family;
