Received a phone call from Halifax today to tell us that they are sending the Chartered Surveyors round to the house tomorrow to carry out the valuation and home buyers survey. Means we have passed all the credit checks and are that much closer to actually getting our home.....starting to feel just the tiniest bit excited.
