I have lived in a home with kittens and cats all of my life as my Dad is a huge cat lover and I have to say our two little cherubs have surprised even me. Normally one would expect 8 week old kittens to need at least 48 hours in one relatively small, quiet room and then another 24 or so to explore the balance of the house while literally moving from one piece of furniture to another.

Not so with Lunar and Titch, just a couple of hours after arriving they had already made the journey downstairs and literally by the end of the day were happily playing out in the open, tolerating Nicholas in an amazing manner and really just settling in to our home.

Now just 3 days later they are sleeping on the couch with Nick and allowing him to randomly stroke their ears while he watches Kung Fu Panda and generally behaving as if they were literally born here....I think we have been very lucky and it is clear these two came from a very loving home to begin with.

Both Megs and Phill are enchanted with their babies and have risen to the responsibility of having two little cats incredibly well. So far there hasn't been a moments trouble over feeding and cleaning of litter boxes and if we can just get little Titch to use her litter box a little more regularly things will be perfect.
